This was actually my first felting project, now that I think about it. It's the fuzzy slippers pattern from knitty.com. I should have used the recommended yarn (Brown Sheep Lamb's Wool, I think). Instead I decided it was a good time to use some handspun wool I'd bought at a street fair in Budapest. Unfortunately, it was a very, very tightly spun yarn and took about 3 washer AND dryer cycles to felt properly. Now they fit, but they’re not nearly as fuzzy and thick as they should be.
